working while you're with clients

Seven AI teammates running the business side of your beauty business.

You do the lashes, brows, skin, nails or hair. Your team builds your website, answers your texts, books your clients, asks for your reviews, keeps you in front of people on Google and tells you what to do next. You say yes or no from your phone.

No contracts. Cancel any time. You own your domain and your client list.

The second job

You trained to do beautiful work. Nobody mentioned the six other jobs.

Running a studio alone means being the receptionist, the web person, the marketer and the bookkeeper after your last client leaves. Each of those jobs now has a teammate who does it and reports back to you.

Meet your team

Seven teammates, each with one job

You talk to The Brain. It hands the work to whoever does it best, and each of them tells you what they did and asks before anything is said in your name.

The Brain

The one you talk to

“I keep everyone pointed at your goals.”

  • Answers questions about your business from your real numbers: how the week is going, who is overdue, how close you are to your goal.
  • Takes a change in plain words, like a new service, a day you no longer work or a photo you're tired of, and shows you every step it will take before it does anything.
  • Carries the change across everything at once: your services, your booking times and your website.
  • Tells you plainly when there is a step it can't do for you, and shows you exactly where to do it yourself.

What that means for you: You stop keeping five systems in your head. You say what changed once, check the steps, and tap yes.

Front Desk

Answers, books and follows up

“I book, remind and bring clients back so you can keep working.”

  • Answers when you can't. While your hands are busy with a client, it replies to texts with your prices, your hours and your policies, in your voice.
  • Carries the whole conversation: answers their questions, guides them to the right service and gets them booked, then hands it to you the moment something needs a person.
  • Answers questions on your website too, if you switch that on, and takes a name and number when someone needs you.
  • Takes bookings on your own website. Clients only see times that fit your hours and your calendar.
  • Texts confirmations and reminders the day before and the day of, from your own business number.
  • Sends each client the right form before a visit, how to prepare, and aftercare once you mark the visit done.
  • Nudges clients when they are due back, and follows up on a no-show.
  • Gives every client a private link to move or cancel their own appointment, and tells you the moment they do.
  • Checks clients out: take a card on the spot, text a link to pay later, or record cash.

What that means for you: Nobody waits hours for a reply and books somewhere else. You stop typing texts between clients, no-shows drop, and nobody slips away because you forgot to follow up.

Web & SEO

Your website and getting found

“I build your site and help the right people find it.”

  • Builds you a full website from your services, your hours and the way you talk: home, services, about, gallery, reviews, contact and booking.
  • Sets it up for Google from day one, with the right titles, descriptions and structure on every page.
  • Keeps it current by itself. Change a price or your hours once and the site changes with them.
  • Puts it on your own domain, which stays yours.
  • Makes edits when you describe them, and keeps every earlier version so anything can be undone.

On the SEO package: Adds a full page for every service and pages for the towns around you, works out what people near you are searching for, writes two posts a month for your yes, and checks every week where you show up on Google, with the numbers from Google itself.

What that means for you: A site that looks like you and never needs fixing, and someone always watching that you stay in front of the clients you want, without you learning a thing about SEO.

Marketer

A Google post every week

“I keep your Google listing fresh every week.”

SEO package
  • Writes a post for your Google listing every week, in your voice, about your own services.
  • Every post has a photo: one of yours, or one made for you if you don't have one.
  • Texts you on Sunday when the post is ready. Nothing goes up until you say yes.
  • Plans next month's posts for your site ahead of time, so you always know what is coming.
  • Looks over your Google listing each month and gives you a short, exact list of what to fix.

What that means for you: Your Google listing stays active every week, which is one of the simplest things a local business can do and one of the first to get dropped when you are busy.

Reputation

Reviews, asked for and answered

“I ask happy clients for reviews at the right moment.”

  • Asks each client for a Google review a couple of hours after their visit.
  • Keeps a weekly review goal with you, and when the week is behind, asks your recent clients once more.
  • Replies to your reviews for you. An active listing with answered reviews is one of the things that helps you show up in local searches.
  • Reads your Google reviews every day so you see new ones without checking.
  • Shows your real rating and your best recent reviews on your website, word for word.

What that means for you: Reviews come in steadily without you having to ask face to face, every one gets a reply, and the good ones work for you on your site and on Google.

Designer

Your look, your photos, your graphics

“I make your photos and your site look like you.”

  • Reads your brand guide or logo and pulls out your colors, your fonts and a look to start from.
  • Gives you several site designs to choose from, shown in your own brand colors before you pick.
  • Looks after your photos and your gallery, and puts them where they belong on your site.
  • Makes photos for the spots you don't have one for yet, so the site never launches with empty frames.
  • Turns a special into a finished graphic built around your own photo, puts a banner on your site, and shares it to Google and Facebook when you say yes.

What that means for you: Your site and your posts look like a brand, not a template, without hiring a designer or learning a design app.

Coach

Your numbers and what to do next

“I watch the numbers and tell you what to do next.”

  • Opens every day with what is booked, what you have earned this month and how far you are from your goal.
  • Wraps up the day with you in a minute, if you want it to.
  • Gives you a report every week and every month: what you earned, how many clients rebooked, no-shows, tips.
  • Ends each report with one thing to do next, taken from your own numbers.

What that means for you: You know if the month is on track without opening a spreadsheet, and you always have one clear next move.

A day with your team

What a Tuesday looks like

A made-up day at a made-up studio. Everything in it is something the app does.

  1. 7:00 AM · Coach

Your brief is waiting when you wake up: five clients today, $520 booked, and where the month stands against your goal.

  2. 9:40 AM · Front Desk

You're mid-fill when someone new texts to ask what a lash lift costs. Front Desk answers with your price, offers a time that fits your calendar and gets them booked.

  3. 11:15 AM · Reputation

Your 9:00 client gets one text asking for a Google review, while they are still happy about it.

  4. 1:30 PM · The Brain

You tell The Brain you're done working Saturdays starting next month. It shows you what that touches, your hours, your booking page, your website and who is already booked, and waits for your yes.

  5. 4:00 PM · Web & SEOSEO package

People one town over are searching for what you do, and your site has nothing aimed at them. Web & SEO recommends the page and writes it when you confirm.

  6. 6:10 PM · Coach

A one-minute wrap-up: who came in, what you earned, tips and anything worth remembering about a client.

  7. Sunday · MarketerSEO package

A text lets you know this week's Google post is written, photo and all. You read it, tap yes, and it goes up.

How it works

Three steps, and the third one is tapping yes

  1. 1

    Tell it about your business

Paste your booking link or type in your services, upload your logo or brand guide, answer some quick questions about how you work and how you talk to clients, and set your hours.

  2. 2

It builds and gets to work

Your website, your booking page and your client texts are set up from what you told it. We get on a call with you to connect your domain, your texting number and card payments.

  3. 3

    You say yes or no

Each day it tells you what it recommends: a post, a page, a text to clients who are overdue. You approve from your phone. It does the rest.

you're the boss

It recommends. You decide.

  • It leads with a recommendation.“This is a page we should build on your site. Confirm?” You never start from a blank screen.
  • You see every conversation.Every text Front Desk sends is in the app, and you can step into any conversation at any time. A recap each day tells you what it handled.
  • You decide how much it answers.Let it answer everything, only when you're busy, or nothing at all. Name the clients it should never reply to. Correct its wording once and it remembers.
  • Your words stay yours.A post, a page or a message to a group of clients waits for your yes, and you can change the wording first.
  • It tells the truth.Numbers come from your own calendar and from Google. If it can't do something, it says so. Nobody is promised a ranking.
  • What you built is yours.Your domain, your client list and your photos go with you if you ever leave.

SEO

One per city

Everything in Regular, plus the ongoing work to get found on Google.

All seven teammates. A page for every service and the towns around you, two posts a month, a Google post every week, a monthly listing check-up and weekly tracking of where you show up.

only on the SEO package

The only one in your city.

We take one business per specialty in each city on the SEO package. One lash artist. One brow artist. One esthetician.

Two studios down the road from each other can't both be the one we're working to put first, and we won't take money from both to try. Once your city is taken for what you do, it stays taken for as long as you're with us.

That is why the SEO package is by application. Tell us your city and what you do, and we'll check whether your spot is still open before we say yes.

Fair questions

What do you mean by AI teammates?
Each one is a part of the app with one job, like answering client texts or watching your Google listing. They do the work, report back in plain words and ask you yes or no. You talk to one of them, The Brain, and it passes work to the rest.
I'm not good with technology. Is this for me?
Yes. Everything is built around short questions and a yes button. You never build a page, write a formula or touch a setting you don't understand, and we set up the technical parts with you on a call.
I already have a booking system and a website.
You can paste your current booking link and your services are read in for you. Your new site replaces the old one on your own domain when you are ready, and not before.
Is another lash artist in my city using this?
On the SEO package, no. We take one business per specialty in each city, because two studios can't both be the one we're working to put first. That is why you apply for it: we check that nobody already holds your specialty in your city before we say yes. The Regular package is open to everyone.
Who do the texts come from?
A number registered to your business. Clients see your business name. Front Desk answers what it can and brings you in for anything that needs you. Clients agree to texts when they book, and can stop them at any time.
Will it post or text without asking me?
Reminders, confirmations and aftercare go out automatically, because that is what they are for, and you can switch any of them off. Anything written for you to say, such as a post, a page or a message to a group of clients, waits for your yes.
Do you promise I'll rank on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. The SEO package is the ongoing work of making your business easier to find, and an honest weekly look at how it is doing.
Which payment processors can I use?
Stripe or Square. You use your own account, so if you already take cards with one of them, you keep it. If you don't have one yet, we help you open it on your setup call. The money goes straight to your bank, and their card fees are between you and them. We don't add anything on top.
What does it cost?
Pricing is being finalized. People on the waiting list hear it first.
What if I leave?
Cancel any time. There are no contracts. Your domain and your client list are yours, and you can take both with you.

We'll only email you about Beauty Brain. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
